2. Matthew² Perrine (Daniel¹) was born on 21 Sep 1760 in Holmansville, Monmouth (now Ocean) County, NJ.^5,6,7 He married Ruth (--?--) in 1791.⁷ He died between 1820 and 1830 in Half Way, Monmouth County, NJ.^6,8
He was a soldier in the Revolutionary War during the last year of that struggle (1781).^9,5 He and his wife reached an extreme age at the time of their deaths. His wife survived him.⁵

4. Daniel² Prine (Daniel¹ Perrine) was born on 14 Mar 1770 in Holmansville, Monmouth (now Ocean) County, NJ.¹⁴ He married Jane Bennett on 11 Feb 1796. He died on 20 Aug 1853 in Niles, Cayuga County, NY at age 83.¹⁴ He was buried circa 20 Aug 1853 in Owasco Rural Cemetery, Owasco, Cayuga County, NY.¹⁴
He was also known as Daniel Perrine.¹⁴

He and Amy Thompson had no children.²² He appeared on the census of 16 Sep 1850 in Jackson Township, Ocean County, NJ.²³
